嚴選台灣雞肉、豬腳、栗子、鳥蛋與白菜等上等食材，細火慢燉數小時，成就一甕香氣濃郁、層次豐富的佛跳牆。

湯底以柴魚高湯融合雞骨細火慢燉製成，鮮香回甘；
再添入五加皮、當歸、川芎、肉桂等中藥香料，溫潤不燥，香氣悠長。
